Who knew Harry Potter could sing and dance?
In "
How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," running now on Broadway, Daniel Radcliff is surely the main curiosity. The movie star returns to the Great White Way, following his starring turn in the 2008 revival of the drama "Equus," in the role of J. Pierrepont Finch, an ambitious ladder climber in the Tony Award-winning musical comedy. But he's also joined by a stellar cast, including John Larroquette as his boss, J. B. Biggley, and Christopher J. Hanke as his nemesis, Bud Frump, and clever choreography by director Rob Ashford in this satire on corporate America set in the 1960s.
There's big, bright colorful costumes to go along with the rousing musical numbers, which include "The Company Way" and the show-stopping "Brotherhood of Man," as the musical traces the rise of Finch, who goes from window washer to executive with the aid of a self-help book (with voice-over narration by none-other-than Anderson Cooper).
