Local Adelaide band, Imogen Brave, are releasing their debut EP 'Open Heart' at a launch party held at Enigma Bar on October 1st. Supporting artists Jimmy Marin and Vanity Era will also perform on the night.

The 'Open Heart' EP has been a long awaited project for band members, Stef Crowley, Mick McClounan, Andy Cienciala, and Neil Pearce as well as highly anticipated by their fans and supporters. The EP will showcase Imogen Brave's signature rock meets pop sound with five tracks including crowd favourite, 'Walk Away' and teaser tracks 'Desperate Lines, Open Doors' and 'Missing You Dearly' available now to listen to on their respective Facebook and MySpace websites.
After five years of songwriting and three years on the Adelaide live music scene, the creation and progression of Imogen Brave and their signature style is outstanding. Stef and Mick began as a duo who met in a Top 40 cover band and found their partnership complimented one another in their musical and lyrical style. After receiving positive results from the SCALA Festival of Original Music Awards, Stef and Mick needed a bigger project and had Andy and Scott (who is no longer with the band) join the collaboration. The four members began work on creating a live act and Imogen Brave was created. Neil joined in 2010 which saw a new direction for Imogen Brave in songwriting ideas and continuing their live rock and pop performances.

Imogen Brave have been a consistent energetic act at their many performances at Adelaide's various live music venues, and it is no doubt their upcoming EP launch party will rock the Enigma Bar and all those in accompaniment.
Merchandise will be available on the night as well as a chance to get your hands on their debut EP 'Open Heart' for free, which was recorded in Mick's home studio between the four members work, children, and study commitments.
