London Mela is a fabulous celebration of south Asian culture, featuring street artists, dancing spectaculars, DJs, visual artists, comedians, and live music entertainment.
A south Asian festival brings with it, as you'd rightly expect, a load of mouthwatering food to keep your tummies happy. The London Mela also features a market, a funfair and a special children's area - so be sure to take the whole family.
So who's performing on the big day?

Jazzy B, born in India and raised in western Canada, makes his first appearance in nine years at London Mela.

Ash King has been working hard on some big Bollywood soundtracks - see him at the Mela performing

I Love You (Bodyguard).
Pakistani urban musician
Hunterz has been around for a few years - and is still going strong. It's Hunterz's first time at London Mela, where he'll no doubt be performing hits such as
Rehle and
Tere Bin Nahin Laga. Go along and give him a warm welcome.
The BBC Asian Network Mix Tent features a host of DJs and performers, including the likes of Jernade Miah, Metz 'n' Trix, Pure Music Generals, Donae'o, Nihal, and DJ Kayper.
Also, listen out for 'In Conversation With…' - a series of live interviews with performers and artists at this year's Mela (members of the audience can contribute questions), hosted by BBC Asian Network and BBC London 94.9 presenters. Live broadcasts from backstage will start at 2pm. The interviews will be recorded and later broadcast on the stations.
One of the fantastic things about the London Mela is that it won't cost you a penny to get in - that's right, it's a free event, and everyone from London and beyond is welcome to go along to join the party.
