Event: 30/09/2011 - 02/10/2011
Today's world is a hectic one that can sometimes leaves us feeling overwhelmed by enormous pressures as well as a plethora of stressful responsibilities. It's not helped by the state of the world economy, leaving those lucky enough to be in work with the worry of wondering if it will stay that way for much longer.

Sometimes, when it begins to get too much, we just want to escape, have a change of scenery, get away from it all for a few days, or at least for a few hours.

If you think your karma's out of kilter, or your body's feeling heavy and sluggish, you might be interested to know that at the end of this month the Mind Body Soul Exhibition is taking place at Olympia.

It could be just the thing to get you back on track, to get yourself motivated, to get you back up and running. The organisers themselves say the aim of the show is to help visitors "develop a healthy mind, healthy body and healthy soul."

The Mind Body Soul Exhibition focuses on the benefits of activities such as Tai Chi, belly dancing, Pilates, Zumba, yoga and salsa.

Besides the Self Realisation Area, where you'll have the opportunity to "learn how your mental, emotional and spiritual being can be brought into balance and how to explore your inner depths", you'll also find the Meditation Area, which offers free meditation sessions to all visitors.

In attendance will be around 120 exhibitors showing off ways to help you to improve your mind, body and soul.

There'll also be plenty of refreshments on offer - all healthy (and very tasty) dishes, naturally.

Tickets for daily workshops and lectures will be available on the day to visitors, subject to availability, and can also be bought in advance online. For free workshops and lectures, no booking is required. The Experience Zone is also free to enter.

Tickets for the actual event are cheaper if you buy online. The cheapest one-day ticket, for example, costs £6 and the best price for a three-day ticket is £15. Doors open at 11am on the Friday and 10am on the Saturday and Sunday. Click here to view the event's programme. Ticket details can be found on page 3.
