Rock N Roll Photography at Artisan Gallery

Rolling Stones, Silverchair, Elton John, Wolfmother... name
anyone who's anyone in the rock and roll world and chances are, Tony Mott has photographed them (and maybe even toured with them). You can see his work at an exhibit at artisan gallery (381 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley).

Michael Jackson and Nick Cave sit side by side at Rock'N'Roll Photography is the New Trainspotting: A Selection from 30 Years of Rock Photography. The artist, who has been the official tour photographer for the Big Day Out, showcases some of his best. Portraits and candid shots are on display and some are available for purchase.

This show will run from 22 February until 19 March. Entry is free. Artisan is open Tuesday to Friday from 10.30am until 5.30pm and Saturday from 10.00am until 4.00pm.
