Macmillan are a cancer support company, offering medical support and financial aid to cancer patients. They have teamed up with a group of businesses to create a festival which will help spread the message across London. The festival itself has been running for 3 years, but this year they are throwing fashion, comedy, cabaret and art into '
The Big Mix'. The event will take over Brick Lane, which is in Shoreditch.

As for entertainment, the list is quite big as it includes a range of activities like Hip Hop Karaoke, Swing Dancing, Bowling and Photoshoots. The music line up confirmed so far consists of

There will also be a big fashion market with workshops and a photography exhibition and obviously some kinky Cabaret.
