Irresistible Gluten Free Show, Australia's biggest gluten free event, features fab gluten free fair, along with nutrition experts, and a macro wholefood market kitchen featuring world class chef Tobie Puttock.
Also on deck will be former Olympian and gluten free advocate Robert de Castella. Between chefs, Olympic athletes, medical professionals and dieticians, the show makes for both a fun and informative event. I do like the idea of increasing food pleasure while simultaneously learning about the foods that increase health and well-being.
